Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to dust the poster. Avoid using harsh cleaning agents or wet cloths to prevent damage to the poster or frame.

Avoid direct sunlight, as UV rays can cause the poster to fade over time. Place the poster in a shaded area or use UV-protective glass.

Our posters are available in six different sizes, both horizontally and vertically. The available sizes are A4 21x29.7cm, 30x45cm, 45x60cm, 50x70cm, 60x90cm, and 70x100cm.

A4 (21 x 29.7 cm)
Ideal for: Small rooms, desks, shelves, or as part of a gallery wall.

30 x 45 cm
Ideal for: Small to medium-sized walls.

45 x 60 cm
Ideal for: Medium-sized rooms, such as offices or small living areas.

50 x 70 cm
Ideal for: Living rooms, bedrooms, or above furniture like sofas, beds, or dressers.

60 x 90 cm
Ideal for: Large walls in living rooms, dining rooms, or offices.

70 x 100 cm
Ideal for: Large, open walls in living or workspaces, hallways, or entryways.

Poster Prints:
Our posters are carefully rolled into a tube to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged.

Metal Frames and Wooden Frames:
The packages arrive pre-framed. The frames are pre-wrapped with corner protectors and foil, then packed in a box with reinforced edges to protect the frames. Additionally, I-beams are used to add extra stability to the packaging, especially for orders with multiple items (max. 3 frames per package).

Canvas Prints:
Canvas prints are packed with reinforced edges to protect the items. We also wrap the item in bubble wrap/plastic for additional protection.

You can only cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this time, the order cannot be canceled or changed. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the purchase.

For returns or exchanges, our general return policy applies. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within the specified return window for assistance. Please note that only items damaged during delivery are eligible for a refund.

The colors may slightly vary from what you see on your screen due to different monitor settings. This is a common occurrence, as every display may show colors in slightly different ways.

Additionally, some of our poster designs feature original images of athletes or depictions, and there can be a slight difference between the on-screen preview and the printed result. For certain vintage or retro posters, the resolution might not be the highest, as they are based on original, older images. However, these posters are still perfectly usable and not unusable in any way. In fact, the slight imperfections can actually enhance the overall atmosphere of your space, giving it a unique vintage or retro vibe that makes the design even more captivating and stylish.

If your poster arrives damaged, please contact us via email at risinglightventures@gmail.com. You will receive a response within 24 hours. In most cases, we will ask for photos of the damage and a copy of your receipt for verification. After we review the information, we will provide further instructions regarding a replacement, refund, or discount, depending on the situation. We aim to resolve issues quickly and ensure your satisfaction.
